Shipping Information
Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping Pan India through our trusted delivery partners.
Delivery Timeframes: Small items like decor pieces may arrive within 7-10 business days while larger units may take upto 21 days.
Return & Exchange
Eligibility: You may return most items within 48 hours of receiving your order for an exchange only in case of a damage, defect or error on our part. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Initiation: To initiate an exchange, contact our customer service team at support@tribalhandicrafts.co.in with clear pictures and reason.
Cancellation & Refund
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds: Refunds will be provided within 15 working days only in cases of Order Cancellation from our end.
