Return & Exchange Policy

Eligible Cases

Exchange requests may be considered only in the following situations:

• Product received is damaged during transit.
• Product has a manufacturing defect.
• Wrong product has been delivered.

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for an exchange:

• The product must be unused.
• The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
• A complete unboxing video is mandatory.
• Clear photographs or videos showing the issue must be provided.
• The order number and reason for the request must be shared.

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in rejection of the request.

Approval

All exchange requests are reviewed individually and are subject to our approval at our sole discretion.

If approved, we reserve the right to:

• Repair the product,
• Replace the product, or
• Offer another appropriate resolution where applicable.

Where permitted under applicable law, shipping, return shipping, packaging, handling, payment processing, or other related costs may be deducted from any refund, credit, or settlement.

We reserve the right to reject any claim that does not satisfy our eligibility requirements or cannot be reasonably verified.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests may be considered only if the order has not yet been shipped from our warehouse.

All cancellation requests are subject to our review and approval.

Refund Policy

If a cancellation or refund request is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 25 working days.

Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refund eligibility and approval remain solely at the discretion of Tribal Handicrafts, and we reserve the right to refuse any cancellation or refund request where permitted by applicable law.

 

Important Notes

• Handmade products may exhibit natural variations in wood grain, carving, colour, texture, finish, and dimensions. These are not considered defects.
• Exchange or refund requests arising from natural variations, misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible.
• We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery and reporting any concerns within the applicable time period.
