Welcome to Tribal Handicrafts. Throughout this website, the terms "we," "us," "our," and "Tribal Handicrafts" refer to Tribal Handicrafts.

1. Online Store Terms

2. Handmade Products

All Tribal Handicrafts products are handcrafted by skilled artisans.

Because every piece is individually made:

  • Natural variations in wood grain, texture, carving, finish, polish, marble, fabric, cane, metal, resin, or stone are normal.
  • Minor variations in dimensions (up to approximately 5%) may occur.
  • Product colours may appear slightly different due to monitor or mobile display settings.
  • No two handcrafted products will be exactly identical.
  • These characteristics are inherent to handmade furniture and décor and are not considered manufacturing defects.

3. Product Information

We make every effort to display our products accurately.

However:

  • Product images are for representation purposes.
  • Colours may vary slightly depending on your device.
  • Specifications may change as part of continuous product improvement.
  • Certain products may be available only in limited quantities.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

Despite our best efforts, pricing or product description errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to cancel any order affected by such errors and refund any payment received.

5. Order Acceptance

An order shall be considered accepted only after:

  • Payment or required advance payment has been received (where applicable), and
  • Order confirmation has been issued by Tribal Handicrafts.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:
  • Pricing errors
  • Stock unavailability
  • Payment issues
  • Suspected fraud
  • Incorrect customer information

6. Billing & Account Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information including:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Contact number
  • Email address
  • Payment information

Failure to provide accurate information may result in cancellation or delay of your order.

7. Production & Delivery

Many of our products are handcrafted after an order is placed.

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery delays caused by:

  • Transport companies
  • Weather conditions
  • Government restrictions
  • Customs clearance
  • Natural disasters
  • Labour strikes
  • Force majeure events

shall not make Tribal Handicrafts liable for compensation.

8. Furniture Access Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered products can safely pass through:

  • Doorways
  • Staircases
  • Elevators
  • Corridors
  • Entry gates
  • Returns or cancellations arising from access constraints at the delivery location shall not be accepted.

9. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation, subject to approval and a genuine reason.

Once production has begun:

  • Only the refundable portion (if any) may be returned.
  • Customized, made-to-order, personalized, or special-size products cannot be cancelled.

10. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • Product arrives damaged during transit.
  • Wrong product is delivered.
  • Significant manufacturing defect exists.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Colour variation
  • Natural wood grain variation
  • Handmade irregularities
  • Minor size variation (up to approximately 5%)
  • Customer ordering incorrect size/specification
  • Furniture not fitting through access points
  • Refusal of delivery without valid reason

11. Damage Claims

Customers must inspect products immediately upon delivery.

Any damage claim must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

To process a claim, the following are mandatory:

  • Unboxing video (without cuts)
  • Photos of external packaging
  • Photos of damaged area
  • Order number

Failure to provide adequate evidence may result in rejection of the claim.

12. Repair, Replacement & Refund

If a valid manufacturing or transit defect is confirmed, Tribal Handicrafts reserves the right to:

  • Repair the product,
  • Replace the product, or
  • Issue a refund if repair or replacement is not reasonably possible.

Refunds will generally be considered only after repair or replacement options have been evaluated.

13. Custom Orders

For custom-made products:

  • Minimum 50% advance payment is required.
  • Advance payment becomes non-refundable once production begins.
  • Approved drawings, dimensions, finishes, colours, and specifications become final.
  • Customized products are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund after production has commenced.

14. Warranty

Tribal Handicrafts offers a 6-Month Manufacturing Warranty from the date of delivery.

The warranty covers:

  • Structural defects
  • Joinery failure
  • Manufacturing defects

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Water damage
  • Heat or sunlight damage
  • Improper handling
  • Accidental damage
  • Misuse or negligence
  • Natural movement of wood
  • Damage caused by improper installation or storage

15. Third-Party Services & Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services.

We do not control or endorse such websites and shall not be responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Your use of third-party websites is entirely at your own risk.

16. Optional Third-Party Tools

We may provide access to third-party tools on an "as is" basis.

We make no warranties regarding these tools and accept no liability arising from their use.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms remain effective until terminated by either you or Tribal Handicrafts.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website if these Terms are violated.

26. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India.

27. Customer Assurance

At Tribal Handicrafts, customer satisfaction is important to us.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we will repair, replace, or refund it at no additional cost, subject to our Returns & Damage Claim Policy.
