1. Material Quality & Construction
We provide a 2-year warranty on:
Sturdiness, construction, and durability of our handcrafted wooden products made from 100% real plantation wood.
Termite-resistance on all treated wood pieces.
2. Finish & Hardware
Premium hardware including hinges, channels, and fittings sourced from trusted licensed vendors comes with a 1-year warranty.
Our metal pieces use high-quality electrostatic coating and polish designed to prevent rust and enhance longevity.

❌ Warranty Exclusions
Our warranty:
Is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.

📩 Reporting an Issue
If you find any defect, damage, or quality concern:

📦 Replacement & Pickup Process

The product must be carefully repacked in its original packaging for safe return transit.
