1. Material Quality & Construction
We provide a 2-year warranty on:
Sturdiness, construction, and durability of our handcrafted wooden products made from 100% real plantation wood.
Termite-resistance on all treated wood pieces.
2. Finish & Hardware
Premium hardware including hinges, channels, and fittings sourced from trusted licensed vendors comes with a 1-year warranty.
Our metal pieces use high-quality electrostatic coating and polish designed to prevent rust and enhance longevity.

❌ Warranty Exclusions
Our warranty:
Is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.
Covers issues arising from normal, intended use of the product.
Does not cover:

📩 Reporting an Issue
If you find any defect, damage, or quality concern:

Share clear photos or a video of the issue.
A full unboxing video is mandatory for processing any request — this helps us resolve concerns quickly and fairly.

🔧 How We Resolve Issues
1. On-Site Repair (Preferred)
If the issue can be fixed on-site, we’ll arrange a technician visit as a priority to avoid the need for pick-up.

If on-site resolution isn’t possible, we’ll offer:

Partial replacement (depending on the type of issue)
📦 Replacement & Pickup Process
For replacements:
The product must be carefully repacked in its original packaging for safe return transit.
A replacement will be dispatched once the product is packed and ready for pickup.
