- 2-year warranty on material quality, construction, and durability of products made from 100% plantation wood, including termite-resistant treatment
- 1-year warranty on hardware (hinges, channels, fittings) and metal finishes with electrostatic coating
❌ Warranty Exclusions
- Does not cover glass components, mirrors, or mirror finishes
- Excludes damage due to misuse, accidents, modifications, commercial use, normal wear and tear, or improper handling after delivery
🔁 Resolution Process

- Clear photos/videos and a mandatory unboxing video are required
- Resolution will be through on-site repair where feasible, or partial/full replacement as applicable
